Assignments

Welcome to become a fieldworker to conduct evaluation surveys in the area of customer service. We are offering possibilities for short time assignments, as independent contractors in the field of Mystery shopping and Focus Groups. Areas in the customer service field to be evaluated are for example: retailshops, automotive/car sales, airlines, public transportation, real estate, banking, insurance, hospitality, tourist/recreation, public services, exhibitions, health care, schools.

Qualifications

We have certain requirements for acceptance of an evaluator:

• Required age: minimum age of 18
• Language skills: basic level of English /or and Chinese
• Internet: Possibility to have access to computer/internet
• Profile: A reliable and objective person with good communication skills and with a positive attitude towards improvements of customer service.
